Process Engineer

The Process Engineer plays a critical role in the design, construction, commissioning, and long-term operation of the facility. This role will be involved in both build and operational phases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with : Design and Project teams to influence plant layout, process flows, and equipment selection. Production, Quality & Maintenance to ensure operations successful, compliance and safety.
• Support the development and review of P&IDs, process flow diagrams and equipment specifications.
• Contribute to the creation of SOPs, HAZOPs (including chair or acting chair), and operational readiness plans.
• Participate in factory and site acceptance testing (FAT / SAT).
• Monitor and optimise processes against KPIs
• Troubleshoot process issues. Implement and lead (technical) continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
• Lead or contribute to CAPEX projects related to process improvements and equipment upgrades.
