Theidealcandidatewillsupportthemanufacturingengineeringdepartmenttosuccessfullyimplementandmanageabespokemanufacturingexecutionsystem,whichcollatesandgeneratesanalysisinformationtodrivecontinuousimprovement.

Thisrolerequiresastrongunderstandingofdataanalysis,MSsystems,processoptimization,anddemonstrableexperienceinLeanprinciples.

• Responsibilitieswillinclude;

Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependently.

Identifyandworktotheirownpriorities.

Bepointofcontacttoresolveprocessissuesontheshopfloorregardingthedatacollectionsystem

Liaisewith,andactaspointofcontactfortheproductiondepartment,regardingdatacollationandanalysis,withinthebusinessasarepresentativeforPlanning,Quality,Engineering,HSEetc.

Supportdowntimeinvestigationandrootcauseanalyses.

Leadandactivelydrivecontinuousimprovementwithinthedepartment,withregardstoHSE,QualityandProductivity

Responsibleforensuringallassociateddocumentationiscorrectandavailable(CreateandreviseProcedures,ProcessandQualityrecords).

Responsibleforensuringallequipmentisavailablefortheprocess.

Abletolead,andworkwithin,smallmultifunctionalteams.

Facilitateproblemsolvingworkshopscrossfunctionally.

Applyanalyticalskillstodefinepareto,topoffendersandsanitizedata

Tobesuccessfulinthisroleyouwill :

Befamiliarwithcontinuousimprovementmethodologies.

Beabletointerfaceandcommunicateeffectivelywithalllevelsofemployees,management,anddiverseaudiences,includingsuppliersandinternal / externalcustomers.

Haveprovenattentiontodetail,withexcellentanalytical,criticalthinking,problemsolving,andpersonalorganizationskills.

HaveproficiencyinMicrosoftofficeapplicationsspecificallyMSExcel&Sharepoint(PowerAppknowledgeandexperiencewouldbeadvantageous)
