Pear Recruitment – Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager– Surrey Quays

Salary – £25,000 - OTE £55,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance £4,000

Full licence and own car required

Hours : 5-day week - Monday – Thursday 9am – 6 : 30pm, Friday – 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm

Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Manager with a minimum of 2 year’s experience and ideally worked within the London / Greater London area to join their team based in Surrey Quays. Priding themselves on 5-star reviews and customer relations, making them the go to agent in the area. If you are well presented, always going above and beyond with a fantastic attitude this is an unmissable opportunity to work within a great estate agency.

The successful applicant will be :

  • Generating new business
  • Arranging and attending valuations
  • Winning instructions
  • Negotiating with vendors and buyers
  • Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
  • Assist in Leading a team of negotiators
  • Setting targets
  • Setting and exceeding own targets
  • Building and growing the team
