Key Responsibilities

Conducting property viewings, valuations, and negotiations

Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors

Generating new instructions through canvassing and local networking

Managing transactions from instruction through to completion

Supporting the team with marketing, lead follow-up, and diary managementIdeal Candidate

Previous experience in residential sales or a strong customer-facing background

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Professional, well-presented, and confident in client interactions

Self-motivated and target-driven, with a genuine interest in property
