The Role

The team conducts advisory work on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners. The firm intends to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join the team, ideally focusing on Healthcare Regulatory disciplinary, Inquests & Court of Protection work. Workload includes high-profile Medical Law advisory matters, including obtaining declarations to treat patients, disciplinary matters, child protection matters, mental health law advice, mental capacity law advice, deprivation of liberty matters and healthcare inquests.

The Candidate
