You will work i n close collaboration with the RGM Strategy Leaders across all cells and the Discounter and Ecommerce account managers to execute RGM initiatives in-year.
You are also responsible for quantifying customer risks and opportunities and facilitating decisions with a clear recommendation. To achieve this, you will work alongside other ROI counterparts to ensure the total business perspective is taken into account , as well as demonstrating expert knowledge of Discounter & E commerce channels specifically.
Proven understanding and working knowledge across key revenue management pillars of price, promotional analytics / optimisation, customer investments and mix.
Strong financial skills, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L
Ability to analyse a range of internal & external data sources, drawing out key insights, forming recommendations and influencing through the business.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude with the ability to stand alone and challenge the status quo.
Lead the deployment of RGM initiatives in-year (CPIs, PPA changes)
Quantify customer risks & opportunities to reach a mutual solution and ensure all key financial metrics are met
