Job Title : Children’s Home Manager

Location : Portsmouth

Salary : £60,000 per annum

About the Role

We are recruiting for a passionate and driven Children’s Home Manager to lead a beautiful 6-bed residential children’s home. This home is not designed to run at full capacity, but instead to focus on meeting each child’s needs individually . You will work alongside a highly experienced Responsible Individual who will provide strong support as you develop in your role.

This is an exciting opportunity for either :

• An experienced Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge, or
• A Deputy Manager with the right knowledge, leadership skills, and ambition to step up into a Registered Manager role.
