Senior Quantity Surveyor

FM Conway is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Function, which provides expert commercial support across all ten of our operational divisions. Initially, you will support our Consultancy Division, where you'll play a key role in delivering high-value, strategic advice on commercial and contractual matters. Once established, there will be opportunities to work across our wider operational teams, gaining diverse experience and contributing to the success of varied schemes in other divisions. You'll be responsible for confident decision-making through expert insights, driving performance with strategic cost and value management, leading commercial activities from inception through to final account, and overseeing change control and risk management to ensure maximum value for our clients. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Head Office in Sevenoaks, Kent.
