An expanding Quantity Surveying & Project Management consultancy is seeking a punctual Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong attention to detail, as the business continues to grow.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role
Joining their Kent office, the QS team are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running and enjoys working on a wide variety of projects across the full lifecycle - from pre and post contract to cost estimating, CostX, project delivery, and RIBA Stage 5.
From day one, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a broad spectrum of projects to chose from including three bespoke high-spec homes (valued up to £4m), an animal sanctuary renovation, a heritage apartment conversion, and several public realm schemes.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
MRICS is a plus, but not essential
QS experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
Pre and post contract knowledge
Able to demonstrate a track record of delivering multiple projects
Within 45 minutes of Tunbridge Wells
