- To achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment process
- To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders (e.g. Global Head of HR, Managing Directors, CFO) on a global scale
- Full life cycle recruitment particularly with sales hires on a global scale – ranging from; advertising positions, sourcing suitable candidates, briefing candidates on position, submitting CVs to the hiring manager, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, managing offer.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for the Client.
- Ensure meaningful MI information and reporting is produced that measures and reflects the value Robert Walters adds to the client
- Identify and follow up opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Robert Walters services

Recruitment Process Management
Ensuring all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site and vacancies are recorded on ATSScreening of CVs in line with line managers’ requirements, and recording of all direct recruitment activity on ATSConsulting, influencing and guiding hiring managers on decisionsLiaison with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviewsManaging offer process – including providing up to date salary / rate and market information, and comparison data from recent hires in the business areaProvision of regular commentary on direct recruitment activity to Operations Director to include number of roles filled by referral, internally and via directly sourced methods, cost savings via direct recruitment, new initiatives to attract candidatesProviding strategic partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developmentsAd hoc project work as given by the business and account director from time to timeRecommendations of service needs, training, Robert Walters process, client processPayrolling and contract management of non-business facing direct temporary candidates via Robert WaltersManagement of all internal and external speculative applicationsMonitor all Limited Company contractor Insurances & ensure policies are renewed upon expiryTemp to perm conversion managementManaging and optimizing PSL vendor relationships to ensure a motivated supply chain providing best quality resourcesPreparing and conducting regular vendor performance reviews to ensure the client is receiving the best serviceReviewing and negotiating commercial termsEnsure all external suppliers on the PSL have signed client Terms of BusinessProducing and updating guidance manuals for vendorsFacilitating agency briefings with hiring managersIdentifying potential new suppliersTeam Management
Bi-annual performance reviews, including objective setting and bonus allocationsGeneral team management (weekly update meetings, holiday, sickness, discipline)Individual staff development, including cross skill trainingEnsuring 100% data integrity by team, such as rates, visas and nationalityWho you are :
