Main Duties :

As a Regional Finance Business Partner your main duties include :

• Take ownership of producing business performance information and offering practical financial guidance to internal customers and stakeholders to support monitoring, planning and decision-making.
• Maintain complete and accurate financial records, control frameworks and policy documentation to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, and oversee related processes.
• Help design, implement and monitor systems and controls to preserve a strong control environment and protect the organisation’s financial position.
• Foster productive working relationships across the business, proactively resolving issues and closing gaps to maintain high standards of service.
• Lead recruitment, performance management and development activity for the finance team, building capability to meet organisational objectives.
• Support cross-functional change projects and business improvement initiatives as required.
