Gleeson Recruitment Group are exclusively working with a highly regarded business, recognised as a leader in its field, to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team, just north of Birmingham.

The Role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and strategic decision-making. Partnering closely with Sales, Commercial, Pricing, Bids, Tenders, and Contracts teams, you will provide financial insight, challenge assumptions, and help shape the commercial agenda.This is a high-profile role, offering significant exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence key commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Commercial and Pricing functions, supporting bids, tenders, and contract negotiations.Deliver financial insight and analysis to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and overall business performance.Provide challenge and support on pricing strategies, contract terms, and commercial opportunities.Lead the financial evaluation of new business opportunities, bids, and tenders.Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making and long-term planning.Build strong relationships across finance and commercial teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.

About You

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Significant post-qualified experience, ideally in a Senior Finance Business Partnering role.Proven track record partnering with sales, commercial, pricing, bids, tenders, and contracts teams.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Degree in accountancy, business or economics.
