No recruitment experience is needed — we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Salary & Package: • Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months • First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission About the Role: • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement • Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates • Identify and win new business through sales calls and face to face client visits • Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles • Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training What’s on Offer: • 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 33 days after one year • Dedicated in-house training department providing industry-leading training and mentorship • Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Recruiter Qualification • Structured career progression and genuine development opportunities • Employee-owned business with the opportunity for tax-free annual bonuses • Company pension scheme and cycle to work scheme • Lifestyle benefits including discounts on hotels, insurance, energy bills and more Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break) Office based role.
