Full-Time Unqualified Teaching Assistant

Location : North Cambridge

⏰ Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30am–3 : 45pm (term time only)

Immediate Start – September 2025

Our partner SEN school is seeking several Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join their team. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent role supporting pupils with a range of complex needs including autism, profound physical / sensory needs, and significant learning difficulties.

About the role :

Provide 1 : 1 and small group support.

Assist with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and creative / functional activities.

Support behaviour management and contribute to pupil observations.

Help with lesson prep and classroom organisation.

Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Some personal care may be required.

Requirements :

MUST be available Monday–Friday, 8 : 30–15 : 45, term time only.

MUST have personal or professional experience supporting people with SEN.

Committed to the compliance process (DBS & vetting).
