Head of Property Team - London

Overview

Well-known, smaller mid-sized and London centric practice is looking to appoint an ambitious head of property. Distinguished and long-standing real estate team with a reputation in the finance, funds, and international wealth sectors would welcome a new partner (with associate / team if possible) with a mix of UK and international experience to lead future growth in a push to double in size over the next 5 years. Due to management responsibilities heading up the team, only a part-following is sought.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the real estate / property team within a London-based practice.
• Drive growth initiatives with a target to double the practice size over the next five years.
• Collaborate with finance, funds, and international wealth sectors to leverage client relationships.
• Assume partner-level leadership responsibilities; consider appointing an associate or team alongside.
