The Role

As Head of Property Management, you will :

• Lead and inspire a high-performing property management team.

• Build strong tenant relationships, delivering best-in-class service and maximising retention.
• Oversee budgets, service charges, and financial performance of the portfolio.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and innovative workplace solutions.

You will have a proven track record managing large-scale office portfolios in London, with a deep understanding of landlord and tenant requirements. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and exceptional communication skills are essential, as is the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships with professionalism and gravitas.
