The role :

We're seeking a CRM Manager to drive our B2C (and occasional trade) email marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for creating engaging, data-driven email communications that boost customer acquisition, loyalty, retention, and lifetime value.

This role is hands-on and focuses on strategy, execution, and optimisation of the email channel.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the email CRM strategy across B2C and trade audiences.
• Build and optimise automated email journeys (onboarding, retention, win-back, promotions).
• Segment customers to deliver personalised, relevant email campaigns.
