CRM Executive, Email marketing, CRM, Bolton, Greater Manchester to £28,000 (hybrid)

A leading ecommerce house in Bolton are requiring a CRM Executive to working on major marketing campaign. You’ll be involved with everything from campaign planning and building, to triggered journeys and lifecycle programmes. You’ll get to use both creative and analytical skills writing emails, reviewing performance, digging into data and helping spot opportunities to improve.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of experience in a CRM or email marketing role with campaign management and data analysis experience
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms; knowledge of HTML and cross-device email testing is a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines
• Collaborative attitude with strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships across departments
• Meticulous and methodical approach to work
