A snapshot of the role :

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Manager to support our Influencer Strategy Lead and team across our ex isting accounts; and support the development of Weber Shandwick’s wider influencer proposition across the UK.

What will you be doing?

  • Support with the design and execut ion of earned-first influencer marketing strategies that align with client objective, cultural trends and audience behaviours .
  • Identify and analyse the right mix of influencers for our clients.
  • Support with the d evelop campaign frameworks to ensure audience resonance and authenticity.
  • Using Weber Shandwick’s proprietary approach to identify and score influencers, ensuring data-backed decision -making.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Developing briefing documents, hosting briefing calls and coordination activation to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
  • Monitor influencer content for quality, brand alignment and compliance with disclosure guidelines.
  • Analysing and measuring performance of influencer campaigns and refining strategies, delivering actionable insights to clients.
  • Staying ahead of cultural and digital trends.
  • Collaborating with broader TWSC teams to integrate influencer campaigns into larger communication programmes .
  • Commercial and contract negotiations, working with the influencer strategy team and legal counsel to manage contracts.
  • Effectively support with manage ment of client influencer budgets.
  • Working closely with internal teams to provide advice and identify opportunities to amplify influencer marketing with our existing clients.
  • Who are you?

  • The job requires prior experience as an associate / account executive or manager working on integrated influencer campaigns ; ideally in an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing influencer collaborations (both paid and organic) .
  • Understanding of influencer marketing i n the context of PR and earned media.
  • Has experience working in PR or marketing, with an understanding of the wider media landscape.
  • Self starter with confidence in outreach and discussions with influencer agents .
  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques
  • Experience in using data and analytics-focused tools to identify influencers and measure campaign results.
  • Possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities .
  • Possesses skills in data analysis and providing insights to inform campaign optimisation .
  • Has a creative mindset .
  • Strong awareness of what’s going on in culture and is up to date with recent trends and campaigns .
  • Has successfully managed budgets for campaigns, including influencer campaigns.

    We are looking to appoint an experienced, ambitious and energetic Vice President (Associate Director) to join the leadership team within our Consumer practice in Scotland. A key requirement for this role will be your ability to build strong client relationships and drive new business. You will be responsible for working closely with clients and account teams to lead strategic planning and overseeing innovative communication campaigns.

  • Successfully manages client expectations, team resources, and deliverables around major campaigns and projects
  • Experience of working on integrated campaigns and across interagency teams

  • Who are you?

  • Extensive Consumer PR experience to at least Account Director / Senior Account Director level, gained within an agency
  • Strong senior client counsel / internal stakeholder counsel experience, strategic communications and business development experience
  • Proven writing experience that is adaptable across channels
  • Strategic, multichannel experience – ability to understand audiences and plan campaigns
  • International experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage a team – strong leadership and management skills are essential
  • Crisis communications / issues management experience
  • Passionate about storytelling and developing original and compelling content for clients
  • Strong interest and POV on the changing landscape of PR and how people learn about and engage with brands
