Team Leader - Children's Residential

Experienced Team Leader required for Residential Children's Home in the Peterborough area.

You will be an experienced, caring, and energetic Team Leader to support my clients residential working with young individuals (aged 8–18) who may face challenges related to autism, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural needs.

Overview of the Role :

• A regular 3-day working week with One Sleep-in per Week
• Sleep-ins paid at £70
• Optional extra hours available
• Estimated annual earnings between £33-37k
• Must hold Level 3 in Residential Childcare
• Driving Licence is strongly favourable but not essential
• This role works on a variable shift pattern across the 7 days of the week. (A fixed pattern is not available)
• Pay rate is £14.75 / Hour plus £70.50 per Sleep In. Average 40 hours / week
• Hours are 7am-10pm, 3 shifts a week on a 3-week rolling rota.
