Overview

People & Capability Operations Business Partner / Manager (m / f / d) at Adina Apartment Hotels. This is a regional role within TFE Hotels Europe, supporting growth in the UK market. You’ll be closely collaborating with business partners and head office colleagues and play a key role in shaping Europe-wide operations and processes, with a focus on governance, quality and people development.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the go-to person for Managers, colleagues as well as employees in all team-related, employment law and social matters
• Supporting managers and team members with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Coordinating with payroll offices, authorities, health insurers, tax consultants and auditors, and representing P&C at events
• Spotting optimization potential and ensuring P&C standards are followed across the business
• Balancing day-to-day operations with projects that drive growth
• Potentially leading and guiding others in the team as we continue to expand
