THE ROLE As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the primary post-sales advocate for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their Pure Storage Evergreen / / One experience. You will build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships by deeply understanding their business and technical needs, acting as a strategic partner, and serving as their main point of contact for all things Pure. You’ll orchestrate a seamless customer journey, from onboarding to renewals, by collaborating with internal teams to deliver a world-class experience.
