Overview
Scopely is looking for a Senior Technical Team Lead (DevOps) to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team within our Midcore division in Spain, Ireland or UK on a hybrid / remote basis to lead and grow our global DevOps team responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure for two major live products. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and velocity of infrastructure that supports millions of players worldwide.
You will lead a talented team of DevOps engineers—including Principal-level engineers—focused on automating, securing, and scaling our infrastructure. You will be accountable for both technical delivery and people development, acting as the team’s primary advocate and driver of continuous improvement. You’ll report into infrastructure leadership and work closely with stakeholders across engineering, game development, and operations.
Star Trek Fleet Command's ongoing success goes from strength to strength. Our in-house developed 4X MMO was launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, being consistently one of the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.
