Responsibilities

• Build processes to support SLA and product delivery.
• Manage a team of 6 engineers : coaching, mentoring, growth.
• Ensure iterative weekly value delivery for clients.
• Balance quick fixes for demos with long-term (quarter–year) planning.
• Lead development of data API and application : infra, DWH, backend, API, front-end.
• Drive system design improvements to balance speed and quality.
• Support clients during technical assessment and onboarding.
• Learn fast and guide the team through crypto domain challenges.
