An opening exists for an experienced UK/Commonwealth qualified corporate lawyer to join the Guernsey office of a major offshore law firm. The role focuses on a range of transactions under Guernsey law, working closely with respected experts on a broad practice that is likely to focus on corporate but may also include corporate finance and funds work.
For a city-based lawyer who thrives on big-ticket work but craves an escape from the rat race, few places compete with the Channel Islands, home to two premier offshore financial centres. Jersey and Guernsey have strong and highly competitive legal sectors, housing teams with many alumni of leading London or international outfits.
