🚀 We're Hiring : Private Client Solicitor / FCILEx

📍 Location : Cranbrook, Kent

🕒 Full time, Maternity Cover (9 months) with the potential for this role to become permanent

Buss Murton Law LLP is a well-established and respected law firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal advice through our experienced and dedicated team.

We’re looking for a motivated Private Client Lawyer to join our friendly team in Cranbrook for a 9-month Maternity cover starting in Mid-November 2025. While based in Cranbrook, you’ll be part of our wider Private Client department, working collaboratively with colleagues across our offices.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of private client matters : wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney
• Provide clear, empathetic legal advice to clients
• Manage billing and cashflow effectively
• Meet targets for time recording, billing and cost recovery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Promote the firm’s services and participate in marketing and networking activities
• Ensure compliance with Lexcel standards and regulatory obligations
