Role Description

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new clients, conducting market research, managing programs, and utilising strong communication skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and connect with potential clients through various channels, including digital platforms, networking events, and referrals.

Client Engagement : Develop personalized pitches and proposals to showcase our value proposition.

Relationship Building : Establish and maintain lasting relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Market Analysis : Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies.

Target Achievement : Meet and exceed client acquisition targets and contribute to company growth.

Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.

What Were Looking For :

Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strategic thinker with the ability to identify and solve client challenges.

Proficiency in CRM tools and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making.

A self-starter who thrives in a hybrid work environment.

Must Have : A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle (fuel allowance provided).
