As an Integrations Technical Lead / Senior Integration Engineer you will lead the small engineering team that delivers bespoke third-party integrations for their HR and Payroll Customers. Offering consultative guidance, and mentoring / leading junior team members.
In this Customer-Facing role you will help customers understand and scope their requirements, coach and support software engineers through the design, development and testing of robust and maintainable solutions and oversee the technical strategy for integrations.
Location : Remote-first but UK-based for essential company events. Travel to London or Glasgow will be required on a quarterly basis for team meetings, with satellite events every 6 months for whole-company meetings.
Salary : £60,000 To £70,000 (Based on Experience) plus Benefits including 28 days holiday + bank holidays, WFH budget, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Regular social events
