Technical Lead, C#.Net, Agile, Cloud, Api, Dorking, Surrey to £85,000 (Hybrid)

A leading Financial Services outfit are requiring a Development Technical Lead as they plan to transform their systems and build bold, cloud-based digital products for the UK market. They're fast, agile, and engineering-led—and arelooking for a hands-on leader to drive delivery and innovation.

What you’ll do :

Lead and manage a high-performing agile development team
Stay hands-on with coding while guiding technical delivery
Own the full software development lifecycle
Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Drive greenfield development of apps and APIs
Champion automated testing and CI / CD practices
Mentor developers and grow team capability
Continuously improve processes, quality, and team culture

What you’ll bring :

Full-stack engineering experience (.NET, WPF, microservices)

Strong understanding of scalable architecture and cloud (ideally Azure)

Passion for clean code, testing, and modern DevOps practices
