In this highly visible, individual contributor role, you will support our Global Commercial Organization with operational planning and incentive plan strategy and governance across multiple regions. You’ll have direct exposure to the Global Commercial Leadership Team and play a key part in driving commercial success.

We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative self-starter who thrives in an agile environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

Operational Planning

• Partner with Sales & Account Management leaders and Revenue Operations to drive annual planning process for the commercial organization, includes annual budget process, compensation planning, and target / quota setting for the global sales force to align with business priorities and maximize commercial potential.
• Provide end-to-end support on target setting including book segmentation, territory coverage, quota distribution and comp plan roll out.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
