Head of Bars and Retail

CGC Event Caterers are on the lookout for a Head of Bars and Retail to join our incredible team at one of the country’s most prestigious racing venues, York Racecourse! Often catering for up to 40,000 racegoers on a race day and hosting wide variety of premier non race day events including exhibitions, conferences, banqueting, parties and weddings, the Head of Bars and Retail will manage and drive the implementation and delivery of retail food and drink operations for both race day and non-race day events.
