Job Purpose :
The FOH Manager plays a key role in the hands-on operation of weddings and events, ensuring the smooth running of service, leading the bar team, and delivering an excellent guest experience. This is a practical, on-the-floor role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being actively involved in event operations.
The FOH Manager reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with Wedding Coordinators and bar staff to ensure seamless service at every event.
