Leaders in Care have just had a request from a council in South Wales for one more Child Protection Social Worker, a hire that will see caseloads evenly shared across the services and more importantly manageable.

Within this role you will have a capped caseload like your permanent colleagues - meaning you're treated fairly from has undergone strong transformation and is keen to have social workers on board who have a real passion for positive outcomes and are child focused.

Proper supervision is at hand with a long standing permanent senior management team in place where you can seek advice and feel safe and supported.
