Leaders in Care have just had a request from a council in South Wales for one more Child Protection Social Worker, a hire that will see caseloads evenly shared across the services and more importantly manageable.
Within this role you will have a capped caseload like your permanent colleagues – meaning you’re treated fairly and the caseload is manageable.
Proper supervision is at hand with a long‑standing permanent senior management team in place where you can seek advice and feel safe and supported.

As this is a statutory role, you must hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Care Wales.
