We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial property services. This role is ideal for a motivated and confident Commercial Property Solicitor with experience across a broad range of property transactions.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of commercial real estate matters and support senior colleagues on complex deals. This includes acting on sales and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold property, commercial leases, property finance, development work, and planning agreements. You will advise on easements, covenants, and title matters, delivering high-quality, commercially aware legal advice to a varied client base.

Key Responsibilities :

Acting as a Commercial Property Solicitor, managing your own caseload from day one

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property contracts and documents

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to team growth

Contributing to business development and the firm’s commercial strategy

About You :

Proven experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor in UK property law

Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions

Excellent communication and client care skills

Proactive, organised, and commercially minded

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
