Senior Customer Advisor (Belfast City Centre)

Honeycomb is thrilled to be partnering with an established Banking Organisation to find a Senior Customer Advisor to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role

As a Senior Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for identifying, recording, and responding to customers facing financial difficulty. You will ensure effective customer support by :

• Communicating with customers to understand their financial circumstances
• Making appropriate decisions that support customers
• Fully understanding the individual needs of customers
• Working closely with customers to agree on sustainable strategies that work for both them and the bank
• Appropriately signposting customers to external agencies and debt advice organisations when they are in financial difficulty, experiencing vulnerability, or require further help with mortgage or financial decisions
• Monitoring ongoing support arrangements to ensure they accurately reflect customers' current financial situations
• Assisting customers with debt management tools where appropriate
