This is a full-time, permanent role based in Belfast City Centre, offering an excellent opportunity to build a career within a bank renowned for its supportive culture and long-standing employee retention. The Role As a Senior Customer Advisor, you will act as the first point of contact for customers experiencing financial challenges. Your role will focus on delivering effective support by : Engaging with customers to fully understand their financial position Making informed decisions that best support individual needs Building sustainable solutions that balance customer and bank requirements Directing customers to relevant third-party services, such as debt advice or financial guidance, when additional support is required Reviewing and maintaining support plans to ensure they reflect customers' current circumstances Assisting customers with debt management solutions where appropriate The Person Previous experience in customer service or financial services Skilled in handling sensitive or challenging conversations with vulnerable customers Ability to develop strong and lasting customer relationships A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach Package / Benefits Permanent, full-time role : Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Hybrid working is available following successful probation Competitive salary of £29,000 per annum How to Apply Please submit your CV through the application link provided.
