This role is within the Service Delivery team and involves managing the overall activity of the national engineering team and the jobs delegated to the contract for delivery. The Scheduler will use systems and processes to ensure the correct engineering resources are deployed to achieve first time fixes for customers, using internal national engineers or subcontractors as appropriate, to meet specified SLAs.

The Scheduler will also manage the completion of jobs, ensure that all parts and materials are accounted for, required documentation is completed, and any incomplete jobs are followed up and reallocated as needed.

We are seeking a personable, creative Scheduler with experience in service delivery or a contact centre, who can analyse and solve problems using technology and reported information. Strong IT skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy, diverse environment are important. This position is dependent upon the successful candidate passing BPSS security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall activity of the national engineering team and jobs delegated to the contract for delivery.
• Utilise systems and processes to deploy the correct engineering resources to achieve first time fixes for customers.
• Coordinate internal engineers and subcontractors as appropriate to meet SLAs.
• Manage job completion, ensure parts and materials are accounted for, complete required documentation, and follow up on incomplete jobs.
• Analyse information to solve problems and optimise delivery using technology.
