Transformation Analyst

Job Description

We are supporting an international professional services organisation in their search for a Transformation Consultant on a 12 month FTC with the potential to become permanent. The role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days per week in the office.

The organisation is going through an exciting period of change and is building an internal transformation team to drive improvements across the business. The team supports the organisation across a range of capabilities including operating models (functional), service models (member-facing), complex transformation programmes, business analysis, technology transformation projects, and change management.

The organisation are looking for an individual with :

• 4+ years consulting experience
• Proven track record in working within technology transformation projects
• Experience supporting transformation change initiatives, particularly in the development of operating models
• Experience implementing new data systems and claims systems

Responsibilities for the individual :

This role is particularly well suited to a big four management consultant who is looking to transition into their first in-house role.
