Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service, aiming to maintain high standards for customers and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries via email or chat with limited telephony, resolving issues and responding to queries efficiently.
- Support administration tasks, including payments, fines logging, and other customer-first activities as part of back-office operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and a world-class customer experience.
