Job description

Operations Administrator

As an Operations Administrator, you play a key part in the success of phs. Working behind the scenes, your skills help keep our Operations Centre running smoothly. This diverse role requires you to coordinate service routes and effectively brief and debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre. You will act as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.

A day in the life of an Administrator at phs will involve :

  • Coordinating service routes and briefing / debriefing drivers to improve delivery and customer service.
  • Answering calls from service drivers, clients, and Head Office regarding site service.
  • Serving as a communication link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Managers.
  • Distributing work to employees, ensuring completion according to KPIs, and processing data within specified timeframes.
  • Preparing data and conducting briefing and debrief sessions for service drivers.
  • Processing completed routes and attendance in real time; suggesting improvements to workflows and relaying feedback to the Operations Centre Manager.
  • Monitoring service and delivery progress, resolving issues, and aiming to provide the best overall service to customers.

The ideal candidate for an Administrator role at phs will have :

  • People management and development skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • A creative and versatile approach to monitoring and improving service delivery
