WeareworkingonbehalfofanoutstandingemployerwhoarerecruitinganexperiencedLearningandDevelopmentCoordinatortoreporttotheirLearning,InclusionandDevelopmentManager.Thisisanexcitingopportunitytohelpshapetheprofessionalandleadershipdevelopmentofcolleagues.

AsaLearningandDevelopmentCoordinatoryouwillberesponsiblefordesigninganddeliveringengaginginductionandonboardingprogrammes,coachingofficerstoturntheirmanifestosintoactionable,achievableprojectplans,coordinatingleadershipworkshops,skillstrainingandnetworkingopportunitiesaswellasusingfeedbackanddatatoevaluateimpactandcontinuallyimproveofficerdevelopment.

Thebusinessoperatesa35hourworkingweek,withflexibilityforhourstobeworkedbetween8.30until5pm,butdailytheymustincludeworkingthecorehoursbetween10until3pm.Thehybridworkingmodelwillallowforyoutoworkfromhome1to2daysperweek.

ThisisafixedtermcontractuntilSeptember2027.

Roleandresponsibilities :

AsaLearningandDevelopmentCoordinatoryouwillbesupportingtheLearning,InclusionandDevelopmentManagerinthedesignanddeliveryofanengaging,comprehensiveinductionprogramme

Developtrainingmaterialsandintroductorysessions

Supportcolleaguesindevelopingclearprojectplans

Deliverregular1 : 1check-instosupportofficerwellbeing,confidence,andskillprogression

Usereflectivetoolsandcoachingapproachestosupportofficerself-awareness,resilience,andgrowth

Coordinateandpromoteworkshopsanddevelopmentsessionsontopicssuchasinfluencing,communication,projectmanagement,andcampaigning

Proactivelysignpostrelevantopportunitiesforleadershipdevelopmentfrominternalandexternalproviders

Collatefeedbackandusedatatoevaluatethesuccessofdevelopmentactivitiesandmakeinformedrecommendationsforimprovement

ContributetoreportingandimpactevaluationforManagement

Skillsandexperiencerequired :

Experienceincoaching,mentoring,ordevelopingindividualsessential

Exceptionalrelationshipbuilding,communication,influencinganddiplomacyskills

Strongstakeholdermanagementexperienceandtheabilitytodeliverdifficultmessages

Excellentattentiontodetail,withtheabilitytomanagemultipletasksandprojectssimultaneouslywhilemaintaininghighstandardsofaccuracyandorganisation.

Strongorganisationalandplanningabilities,includingexperiencemanagingprojectsorcoordinatingtraining / learningprogrammes.

Confidentfacilitatingandcoordinatingtrainingsessions,workshopsorreflectiveconversations.

Abilitytoworkproactivelyandtakeinitiative.
