The Brand & Content team currently has employees in Paris, London and Copenhagen, and the manager of the team is based in Paris.

2. Events – we have events staff across our locations, managing approx. events and conferences every year.

4. Web & Digital– looking after the Euronext suite of websites covering the Group and its subsidiaries

5. Internal communications – responsible for the execution of Euronext’s internal communication strategy, in line with the organisation’s global communication strategy and plans.

This role supports the Editorial & Content Manager, based in London, as well as the wider Brand & Content team.

Key accountabilities:

The Editorial Intern will support the Brand & Content team, particularly with editorial reviews of content but also with general team support.

  • Review texts in English written by both native and non-native speakers to ensure
    • they are in keeping with Euronext house style and messaging
    • they have the highest quality of English – including a rigorous proofread to avoid errors, bad grammar, but also to improve understanding and ensure texts are easy to read and concise.

These texts can be for brochures, webpages, technical client communications, press releases

  • Support rebranding projects at Group level
  • Regular updating of the website connected to brand activities. Help optimise website content and coordinate with local marketing team
  • Support corporate projects and initiatives as necessary, eg the Euronext Annual Conference and International Women’s Day
  • Provide support to the Editorial Manager to manage the local London newsletter, and help form a link between the Communications team and other local London teams, particularly for branding, events and internal comms.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in English language, English literature, journalism, communication, modern languages or a related field
  • Fluent, top-quality English and a passion for language and grammar
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)
  • Ability to form and maintain excellent relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Autonomous and pro-active in suggesting new ideas
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and work with tight deadlines
  • Teamwork attitude and proactive approach
  • Another European language would be a plus
