Job descriptionLeading the medical team in managing minor ailments, injuries, and chronic conditions Coordinating with internal and external healthcare providers for continuity of care Developing and delivering health education, mental health support, and safeguarding procedures Supporting emergency response readiness and training across staff and students Managing medical record-keeping, medication protocols, and clinical reporting NMC registration as an RGN, RSCN At least 2 years of post-registration experience , preferably with children or in an educational setting Leadership or supervisory experience Strong IT skills and confidence with digital health records Excellent communication skills A proactive, organised approach
