Bromsgrove and Redditch Councils,

The role – a Multi-skilled plasterer

To carry out plastering repairs and maintenance to our housing stock across Redditch Borough.

Key Requirements

Carry out plastering repairs and maintenance to residential and void properties.
Skimming, rendering, boarding, and traditional plastering.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing plastered surfaces as required.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of professionalism at all times.
Work on various general maintenance tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

Relevant plastering qualifications and certification.

Proven experience as a plasterer with a minimum of 2 years in the industry.

Strong knowledge of plastering materials, techniques, and equipment.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Competency or qualification in additional trades such as tiling, carpentry, plumbing, etc.
