Job Title : Multi-Skilled Plasterer

Pay : £19 per hour

Hours : 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join a busy team responsible for a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across the council’s housing stock. Most work will be carried out in occupied properties, with some in vacant homes. You will be part of a customer-focused team, delivering consistently high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Undertake all plastering and related works to the required standard, following current regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.

Accurately record time, Schedule of Rates (SORs), and materials used for each work order using a smart phone device (PDA).

Complete work surveys to establish scope and materials required.

Support a culture of excellent customer service and continuous improvement within the team.

Maintain vehicle stock levels at an optimum level to ensure a ‘Right First Time’ approach.Essential Criteria

Eligible to work in the UK.

Hold NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent industry-recognised qualification.

Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation and safe working practices.
