Retail Operations - Assistant Store Manager
About the Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help ensure the store is efficient and effective by engaging in operations, store culture, customer relationships, and coffee quality.
- Understand the business needs and execute accordingly.
- Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and coffee experience.
- Oversee operations including cash, stock management, and adherence to standards and policies.
- Monitor KPIs and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Support and develop the team, ensuring the store is prepared to trade at pace.
Candidate Profile
Passion for coffee and people.Leadership skills with accountability.Experience in management, hospitality, or retail.Ability to motivate and inspire teams.Reliability to operate independently in the absence of the Store Manager.Support in decision-making and change management.Aspiring to progress to Store Manager.Benefits
