THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Client Service Manager to join our fast-paced team, supporting a global HQ business across more than 100 markets. In this dynamic role, you'll help manage a range of strategic and creative projects. We’re looking for someone who can quickly integrate, adapt to various tasks, and provide consistent support across the board.
THE ROLE
As part of a motivated, cross-functional team, you will ensure smooth workflows, and maintain high-quality output. The role requires someone who can build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams, while overseeing the execution of projects.
You’ll be expected to take ownership of small to mid-sized projects, manage budgets, timelines, and contribute to proposals and estimates. A strong background in toolkit and design development will be valuable, as will your ability to proactively communicate, organize, and deliver solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Account Management :
- Manage billing and budgets for your projects and provide support across the team.
- Monitor workloads and utilization, addressing any potential bottlenecks.
- Contribute to proposal and SOW development.
- Lead the processing of vendor contracts with legal and vendor management teams.
Client Management :
Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering trust and leading discussions.Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutionsEnsure project deliverables are aligned with SOWs and client expectationsManage client status calls and internal team collaborationReview and guide the work of junior team membersMaintain a positive, solution-oriented attitudeAdapt to shifting client priorities while managing capacity and team expectationsOrganize and prioritize tasks, ensuring the team is equipped to meet deadlinesFollow agency and client procedures to ensure efficient operationsREQUIREMENTS
Relevant experience in a fast-paced creative agency environmentAbility to dissect complex projects and propose solutions with the senior teamManaging smaller projects independently while supporting complex initiativesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and lead meetingsSelf-motivated, organized, and a problem solver with strong attention to detailExceptional time and project management skillsFluent in English, with superior written and verbal communication skillsBENEFITS
