An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor who is open to expanding their practice into advising rural / agricultural clients on their land matters.

This role will be to work alongside a highly experienced partner who will support your development and be part of alaw firm with a strong reputation in this sector across the South of England.

You will advise a wide range of clients from private individuals and family estates to corporate landowners and institutional lenders on high-value commercial property work and complex agricultural matters

The role will include :

• Advising on the sale and purchase of farms, estates and rural land holdings, including high-value and multi-lot transactions
• Acting for clients on :

Farm business tenancies
