£40,400 (including car allowance) | 3 days office / 2 days home | Some travel required

About the Role

As a People Partner , you’ll work closely with managers across the business to provide hands-on HR support, deliver key people projects, and help shape our organisational success. You'll be a trusted advisor, offering practical solutions on everything from ER cases and restructures to recruitment, policy, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)
• Coach and support managers to confidently handle HR issues
• Drive HR processes like restructures, TUPE, and organisational changes
• Partner with recruitment and L&D teams to support talent, succession, and development
• Help maintain strong union relationships
