Job Description
Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing and payment tracking.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately.Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation.Communicate with clients to address billing queries and ensure timely payments.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Support the wider Accounting & Finance team with administrative tasks as required.Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements within the department.The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have :
Experience in accounts receivable or a similar role within the Accounting & Finance sector.Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with clients and colleagues.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage time effectively.What\'s on Offer
